Camille leads Endow Law, P.A., a minority owned law firm providing counsel on finance and corporate matters. Camille summarizes her daily work as "Building Communities," as she regularly serves as Underwriter’s Counsel, Bank’s counsel, Trustee’s counsel, Issuer's Counsel, Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, and Borrower's Counsel, for publicly and privately offered financings, and default and workout transactions. Her transaction experience extends to a wide array of sectors, including general government, health care, not-for-profits, airports, toll roads and bridges, K-12 education, higher education, special districts, water, sewer, electric and gas utilities, and industrial development. A career Project and Public Finance attorney, prior to launching Endow Law P.A., in October 2023, Camille developed her expertise during her tenures at, Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. (2003-2010), D. Seaton and Associates, P.A. (2010-2012), Greenberg Traurig, P.A. (2012-2019) and Virtus LLP (2019-2023).
Camille is an active and engaged member of her profession. Her involvement most prominently includes being a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Camille commonly serves as a speaker and as a volunteer for initiatives focused on local government, securities laws, and the development of young professionals.
In 2021, Camille was admitted as a Fellow in the American College of Bond Counsel. Prior to that Camille was recognized in the 2020 edition of Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite™, in the Banking and Financial category. The list of honorees represents just over 1% of the active Florida Bar members. Camille was also recognized as one of Orlando Magazine's 2020 Best Lawyers, as one of the Orlando Business Journal's top "40 Under 40" in 2016, as well as one of Onyx Magazine's 2017 Women on the Move.
Camille obtained her B.A. in Public Policy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law. Camille is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Camille is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization of college educated women committed to the constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the Black community.
Serving her community has always been a priority for Camille. Locally, her community service currently includes serving on the Boards of Directors for the West Orange Political Alliance (past Chair), and the Foundation for a Healthier West Orange. Camille currently serves as the District 6 Commissioner for Orange County, Florida's Planning & Zoning Commission.
In addition, Camille recently served as a Co-Chair for Orange County's 2021 Advisory Committee on Redistricting, and as the Chair of the Orange County 2020 Charter Review Commission. Camille's prior community involvement includes serving on the Boards of Directors for the West Orange Chamber of Commerce (past Chair), the American Heart Association – Orlando (2018 – 2021) (also as the Chair of the Health Equity Committee 2018 – 2019), and The Creative City Project (2016 - 2021), and as a member of the Finance Committee for Health Central Hospital (2015 – 2020), the Florida A&M University College of Law Dean's Advisory Council (2016-2017), and the Orlando Economic Partnership's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce (2020-2022).
