This transaction experience involves a variety of credits, including but not limited to higher education, airports, K-12 education, general obligation, utilities, and special assessments. Further, the transactions involved include debt issuances by large and small issuers.
As a firm focused on serving financial institutions, we are keenly aware that the evolving regulatory landscape requires a heightened level of vigilance, as our underwriter clients continue to maintain best practices for compliance and thorough underwriting and deal execution processes.
The significant majority of our experience comes from serving as lead Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Issuer's Counsel, Underwriter's Counsel or Bank's Counsel on a variety of municipal credits and structures. Over the course of her career, Camille Evans has served as lead Bond Counsel or lead Disclosure Counsel on more than 300 debt issuances, including both public and private offerings of bonds, notes, commercial paper, certificates of participation, lines of credit and other similar public finance debt instruments.
Our transaction experience includes developing, negotiating, and implementing new amendments to modernize senior/subordinate security lien structures, and other springing amendments. Likewise, our team is well prepared to negotiate and draft indentures, resolutions, credit agreements, and other material documents incorporating fixed and/or variable interest rate concepts, as well as all relevant disclosure documents.
